基于VERICUT的炮管膛线数控建模与加工仿真研究

摘    要:渐速膛线电解加工的阴极研制需要通过实验反复修正,试验难度大,研制周期长.根据加工对象的几何参数和弹道方程建立数学模型,在UG中建立炮管膛线设计模型,在Pro/ E中建立阴极工作齿和炮管毛坯的几何模型,并导入VERICUT,同时设置机床、夹具等数学模型和数控系统,添加刀具的轨迹G代码,进行加工过程的仿真,通过仿真检验设计的阴极齿形状是否合理以及修正加工过程中出现的过切或欠切等问题,以优化刀具.研究表明,在阴极设计中采用VERICUT是可行的途径.

Abstract:It's a complex,reiterative and time consuming process to design an effective cathode for electrochemical machining(ECM) of accelerando rifle.In this paper,we firstly apply the powerful facilities of VERICUT combined using Pro/E to establish the geometrical models for machine,cathode tools and holders,set up the whole numerical control system afterwards,finally generate G code to realize simulation to assess the rationality of designed cathode tooth shape and investigate the over/owes cutting problems to optimize cutting tool.The research indicates that it might be a feasible and promising way to design the cathode tool for ECM by VERICUT software.
