摘    要:研究了聚丙烯(PP)熔体流动速率(MFR)对结晶度及性能影响。结果表明,随着PP的MFR上升,其结晶度增加:结晶度变大,影响着PP的宏观性能:增大PP的拉伸屈服强度、弯曲模量和硬度,熔点和热变形温度会随之升高。

Abstract:The melt flow rate (MFR) impacting to crystallinity and properties of polypropylene (PP) was studied. It was showed that crystallinity of PP increased with the MFR rising. Because of the crystallinity going up, the macro-performance of the PP was improved, such as increase the tensile yield strength and bending modulus and hardness, melting point and thermal deformation temperature will start to rise.
