高可靠性步进式水轮机智能PCC调速器

摘    要:提出了一种基于PCC的高可靠性步进式水轮机智能调速器,它实现了用可编程计算机控制器模块进行频率测量,并采用基于模糊规则的适应式参数自调整PID控制策略,从而使调速器具有测频精度高、调节速度快、可靠性高等优点。电站试验及运行表明,该调速器具有良好的动静态特性。

Abstract:A high reliability step-by-step hydraulic turbine gove rnor based on programmable computer controller (PCC) is developed. Its frequency measurement is realized by PCC intelligent module. The intelligent proportion-integration-differential (PID) control method based on fuzzy logic is applied. The Governor possesses high measurement accuracy, high control speed and high reliability and verified by operation and tests in hydropower stations.
