洋河水库污染现状及对策分析

摘    要:通过对洋河水库污染源进行了调查分析,结果表明:(1)西洋河淀粉废水和东洋河地表径流是水库的主要污染源;(2)2004年西洋河淀粉废水排入洋河水库的总磷量为19.4 t,占全年入库总磷量的68.5%;(3)东洋河流域含氮量比较高,2004年通过地表径流带入水库的总氮量为292.8 t,占全年入库总氮量的50.2%。在调查水库污染源的基础上,建立水库水质经验模型并分别对模型进行验证,结果表明,OECD模型能较好预测洋河水库总氮、总磷浓度。最后利用该模型,对所提出的洋河水库富营养化防治方案进行计算分析比较,并确定合适的防治方案。

Abstract:The pollution sources in Yanghe Reservoir are investigated and analyzed in detail in this paper.The results are shown as follows:(1)The starch waste water in Xiyang River and the surface runoff in the Dongyang River are the two main pollution sources.(2)In 2004,19.4 tons of total phosphors in the starch waste water flowed into Yanghe Reservoir,which occupied 68.5% of the whole total phosphors flowed into the reservoir.(3)292.8 tons of total nitrogen in the surface runoffs of dongyang river flowed into Yanghe Reservoir in 2004,which occupied 50.2% of the whole total nitrogen flowed into the reservoir.On the basis of investigation and analysis of the pollution sources in Yanghe Reservoir,several experience moeels on the base of water quality data in a year are established and verified by the experiment data in 2004 respectively.The results show that the OECD model can be used to predict the TN concentration and TP concentration in Yanghe Reservoir.So the OECD model is selected as the phosphorus and nitrogen model of Yanghe Reservoir.Using the model, five countermeasures of controlling pollution are compared and some better countermeasures are suggested finally.
