摘    要:通过对混凝土的裂缝成因及混凝土减缩剂(SRA)的功能成分分析,对SRA抑制混凝土裂缝出现的机理进行讨论.结合实验结果,分析SRA对混凝土裂缝形成的抑制效果,从微观角度验证了SRA对混凝土收缩的抑制机理.结果表明:掺入适量SRA能较大程度地改善混凝土的收缩情况,主要机理是SRA改善混凝土中骨料与水泥石的结合,所含的膨胀组分补偿混凝土的收缩.

Abstract:The reasons of concrete's crack forming and the component of Shrinkage Reducing Admixture SRA were analyzed in this paper.The mechanism of restraining concrete cracks by SRA was studied detailedly.The effect of SRA was validated in accordance with the experiment data and microcosmic data.The result showed proper SRA could improve the shrinkage situations of concrete.The mechanics were that the union of aggregate and harden cement was improved and expansion component compensated the shrinkage of concrete.
