食品安全问题的分析

摘    要:针对我国食品安全问题,重点从生产加工者的素质、惰性、部分生产企业不规范使用食品添加剂、过于追求利润、产业集群促使行业潜规则播散以及群体犯罪使犯罪感削弱等方面补充分析食品安全问题一些未曾受到重视的原因,并对消费者的消费观念这一容易被忽视的原因进行了补充阐释,提出了一些解决的对策和建议。

Abstract:In recent years,there have been so many food safety issues reported that have drawn public concern and accelerated the introduction of food safety law.This paper mainly discusses the neglected factors causing food safety issues such as the quality and laziness of manufacturers,the illegal using of food supplement,overheated pursuing of profits,the spread of hidden rules and the weakness of guilty caused by group crimes.Some additional analysis considering consumers' consumption attitudes are conducted.Suggestions and solutions are proposed as well.
