高功率密度异步电动机定子冷却方法研究

摘    要:高功率密度异步电动机在运行中产生损耗,引起电动机温升很高。为了降低电动机定子的温升,可以对电动机壳体采用循环油冷却方式循环水冷却方式。结果证明高功率密度异步电动机定子壳体采用水循环冷却方式比采用油循环冷却方式时定子温升要低。

Abstract:The high power density asynchronism motor produces loss in movement, which causes the internal temperature of motor rising very high. For lower the rise of temperature of the motor stator, to adopt the circulated oil cooling method and the circulated water cooling method. This text passes the theories analysis and the hot analysis calculation in transient state of the software of ANSYS, result proofing the rise of temperature of the motor stator as the high power density asynchronism motor stator adopted water circulate cools off stator is lower, than as which adopted oil circulate cools off stator.
