摘    要:基于彩色CCD的比色测温技术是当前高温测量领域中的研究热点之一.被测物体的发射率随辐射波长变化以及CCD光谱响应特性非理想是该方法的主要误差来源.通过对比色测温原理和CCD成像原理的分析,提出了含有发射率校正系数和CCD响应带宽校正系数的比色测温公式,以减少CCD光谱响应特性非理想和被测辐射体发射率变化带来的测量误差.提出利用黑体炉实验标定CCD响应带宽校正系数a、b,利用现场实验标定发射率校正系数c.实验表明,本方法能有效地减小测温误差,具有较强的实用性.

Abstract:One of the hot spots in the field of high temperature measurement is the research on non-contact temperature measurements using two-color thermometry based on CCD image sensor. The main error sources come from the changing in emissivity of a measured object with the wavelength, temperature and the non-ideal CCD spectrum response characteristic. In order to reduce the errors due to the non-ideal CCD spectrum response characteristic and the changing in the emissivity of a measured object, the two-color thermometry formulas containing the revision coefficients of emissivity and CCD response bandwidth are proposed. CCD response bandwidth revision coefficients and emissivity revision coefficient are calibrated by the blackbody furnace experiment and locale experiments respectively. The experimental results show that the method could reduce the measurement errors effectively and has strong usability.
