内倾式侧喷嘴钻头井底射流流场初探

摘    要:提出了柱座标下三维紊流流场控制方程,并用有限差分法进行数值模拟。探讨了强化井底漫流的措施,认为内倾式侧喷嘴可以较大幅度地提高井底漫流强度。吐哈油田深井钻井实践表明,311.1mm三牙轮钻头采用新型内倾式侧喷嘴后,机械钻速平均提高43.99%。

Abstract:In this study , a hybrid finite difference method is used to solve the RANS( Reynolds Averaged Navier Stores eqations) with the standard K ε ,and numerical simulation and analysis are made to multi jets impinging onto a tricone bit bottomhole flow field with different hydraulic configurations (such as different stand off,different hydraulic and different oblique direction of nozzles).Numerical results show that the slant nozzle ( the direction is to the center of bottomhole) can achieve the cross flow field of bottomhole ,two uniqueφ311.15 mm tricone bits with extanded slant nozzle increase penetration rate over those with conventional nozzles from oilfield test.
