YK1井技术套管磨损分析

摘    要:通过对YK1井技术套管磨损进行力学分析,认为井身质量(尤其是全角变化率)、钻柱轴向拉力及侧向力、钻井时间、套管强度、套管内外钻井液密度、固井质量等是影响深井(超深井)套管磨损的主要因素。计算了该井技术套管磨损量并描述了套管磨损形状。

Abstract:Through the mechnical analyses of YK1 Well intermediate casing string,a conclusion is made that wellbore quality(especialy total angular change rate),axial and lateral forces exerted by drilling pipe,drilling time, casing string strength, drilling fluid desity of inside and outside casing string and cementing quality etc.were important factors to influnce casing string wear.The paper quantitatively studies the casing string wear and presents the worn casing string profile of the well.
