两凝水泥浆在青海油田深井固井中的应用

摘    要:针对油田开发后期地层压力系统紊乱导致固井质量不高的实际,提出用快凝、缓凝水泥浆分别封固油层、非油层的技术思路。室内试验表明,两凝水泥的稠化时间差为100min左右即可满足施工要求。青海油田22口深调整井及探井现场应用表明,两凝水泥固井质量合格率100%、优质率77.3%,经济效益和社会效益明显。

Abstract:To counter the practices of poor cementing quality caused by formation pressure system disarangement,the techniques,i.e.,oil reserviors and non oil reserviors packed with cementing accelerated and retarded sluries respectively,was put forward.The lab tests showed about 100 min thickening time difference for the two slurries could meet the cementing requirements.Field applications in 22 deep adjusted and exploration wells show the qualification rate of cementing quality with the slurries is 100%,high quality rate 77.3%,and ecnomic and social benifits remarkable.
