| 摘 要： | 为了提高明胶生产过程中离子交换工序的工作效率和产品质量，节约工业原料，根据工艺要求对该工序进行了自动化方案设计，采用WinCC和PLC进行监控，并通过工业以太网实现三级网络控制。目前该系统已投入使用，既提高了产品的质量，又实现了节约工业原料的目的，同时也为安全生产提供了可靠的保障。
