基于PLC和工业以太网的离子交换监控系统设计

摘    要:为了提高明胶生产过程中离子交换工序的工作效率和产品质量,节约工业原料,根据工艺要求对该工序进行了自动化方案设计,采用WinCC和PLC进行监控,并通过工业以太网实现三级网络控制。目前该系统已投入使用,既提高了产品的质量,又实现了节约工业原料的目的,同时也为安全生产提供了可靠的保障。
