某重型钢管混凝土结构厂房结构设计

摘    要:对设有(200/100)t吊车的某重型钢结构厂房钢柱结构做了多方案比较,并在此基础上进行工程设计。详细介绍平面排架计算和空间整体计算的比较、横向钢架温度应力计算、支撑体系的设计。使用有限元软件ABAQUS分析格构式柱上下柱穿心式肩梁连接节点,根据计算结果对节点进行重点设计。

Abstract:Several schemes of steel columns for a heavy steel structure fctory building with(200 /100) t crane were compared.Based on which the design of factory structure was made,which included computation comparison between bent frame system and space model,temperature stress calculation and the layout of brace system.In order to design the joint of the shoulder beam in detail,finite element analysis has been done by ABAQUS software.
