基于神经网络的受损钢结构变电构架承载能力预测

摘    要:以单侧、双侧及无侧向支撑的两跨人字形钢结构变电构架为研究对象,通过分析其受损前后的受力性能,得到变电构架在斜向、水平及竖向荷载作用下的二阶效应特点及影响因素。在此基础上,运用人工神经网络方法,建立起精度很高的钢结构变电构架承载能力预测模型,有效预测变电构架在不同损伤程度下的弹性、弹塑性极限承载力及相应变形,可为实际变电构架的安全性监测分析及日常运营维护提供参考依据。

Abstract:The two-span character shaped steel structural gantries of substation with unilateral support,bilateral supports and non-lateral supports were investigated before and after being damaged,and their behavior was analyzed,then characteristics of second-order effect and influencing factors of gantry of substation in the action of oblique load,horizontal load and vertical load are obtained.On this basis,the bearing capacity forecast model of steel structural gantry of substation with high precision is established by artificial neural network method.The model can forecast elastic,elastic-plastic ultimate bearing capacity and corresponding deformation of gantry of substation with different damage degree effectively,and provide a reference for actual gantry of substation in safety monitoring and analysis,daily operation and maintenance.
