粉煤灰漂珠负载TiO2及其光催化活性的试验研究

摘    要:以粉煤灰漂珠为载体,利用溶胶一凝胶法将TiO2负载到漂珠表面,制备出TiO2/漂珠复合光催化剂,采用XRD、SEM、FrIR等技术对TiO2/漂珠光催化剂的表观和微观特征进行了较系统的表征,并分析了TiO2/漂珠复合光催化剂的制备条件对其光催化活性的影响。研究结果表明:当溶胶pH为5、煅烧温度为450℃时,所制备的TiO2/漂珠复合光催化剂对亚甲基蓝的降解效果最好。

Study on Preparation and Photocatalytic Activity of Fly Ash Cenosphere-supported TiO2

Abstract:The TiO2 film photoeatalysts immobilized on fly ash cenospbere were prepared by Sol-Gel procedure. The crystal phase and mor- phology of TiO2/eenosphere were investigated by XRD, SEM, FFIR. The effect of the pH of sol and the annealing temperature on the photocatalytic activity were studied. The results show that when the pH of sol is 5 and calcining at 450 ℃, the TiO2/ eenospbere photoeatalyst had the best photoeatalytie activity to degrade methylene blue.
