摘    要:为适应城市建设需要,配筋砌块剪力墙中高层结构是浪凝土小型空心砌块应用发展的新趋势,过哈尔滨阿继科技园区A、B栋18层配筋砌块剪力墙高层建筑的结构设计工作,介绍了该工程的结构概况与设计方法,包括内力分析、构件的配筋与构造以及因超高而采取的相应措施等,为配筋砌块剪力墙这种新型结构形式的设计提供了较完整的分析思路与设计细节.

Abstract:Middling and tall structure with reinforced concrete small block masonry shear wall has become development trends for adapting to cities' construction. Based on design works of the reinforced concrete block masonry building of 18-Floor built in AJI Science-Park, introduces idea and details of the new structural form on design, including general outline of the building, calculational methods on analysis of internal force, rebar arrangement and constructions, as well as some measures to reduce the influence of height.
