摘    要:对普通单层股钢丝绳和多股钢丝绳工作时内部受力进行分析,推导出多股钢丝绳加载时扭转力矩的计算公式。理论计算和实际使用效果显示,多股钢丝绳虽然比普通单层股钢丝绳在不旋转性能上有较大的优越性,但仍然存在较多缺陷。根据对缺陷的分析研究,推荐使用17×7/28×7+NF多层股钢丝绳,钢丝绳直径为21mm、整绳受力为1kN时,扭转力矩为564.5N·mm,比同直径34×7结构钢丝绳的扭转力矩下降了87.87%,破断拉力总和提高3%~5%,基本能消除因扭转而造成的分层现象。

Abstract:The calculation formula of torsion moment of multi-strands wire rope as loaded are deducted by internal force analysis of single-strand wire rope and multi-strands wire rope while working. The theory and practical use show that multi-strands wire rope have more advantages than the single-strand wire rope on nor-rotation property, but have still more defects. The multi-strands wire rope with 17×7/28×7+NF structure are recommended to use in terms of analysis and research of defects, for the rope with 21mm diameter has only 564.5N·mm torsion moment as it forced 1kN, the moment reduces 87.87% compared with that of 34×7 structure wire rope at the same diameters and the total fracture tensile force and rises 3 to 5 percent. The wire ropes can basically eliminate the delamination caused for torsion.
