SiAlBaCa合金对钢液脱氧的工业试验

摘    要:在宝钢电炉分厂的150 t LF/VD精炼设备上进行了SiAlBaCa合金脱氧的工业试验.工业试验结果表明,采用SiAlBaCa脱氧时的全氧含量基本上在各个工位均与采用Al和FeSiAl脱氧相当,其脱氧产物上浮速度要快于用Al脱氧,能够较快地使夹杂物数量达到较低的水平,而且试验中夹杂物的球化作用比较明显.

Abstract:Industrial experiments on deoxidation with SiAlBaCa alloy have been made in Baosteel Steelmaking EAF Branch's 150 t LF/VD.The experiment results show that the total oxygen content removed by SiAlBaCa alloy is basically equal to the total oxygen content removed by Al and FeSiAl alloy in each working procedure. The deoxidation products as SiAlBaCa complex alloy float out of molten steel easier and faster than those as Al alloy, and the amount of inclusions is reduced rapidly to a lower level accordingly . It is obvious that the inclusion has an inclination to spheroidize in the process.
