| 摘 要： | 石英晶体微天平生物传感器具有检测成本低、操作简单、检测速度快、无需标记、特异度和灵敏度高、可简单再生等优点。近年来，已广泛应用于临床医学中细菌、病毒、衣原体、寄生虫、体液物质的检测，白血病表型的诊断和药物开发等方面。

| Abstract: | Quartz crystal microbalance biosensor has the advantages of low cost , easy operation, high analysis speed, label free, high sensitivity, high specificity and good reproducibility. In recent years, It has been widely used in the detection of bacterium, vims,chlamydias,parasites,body fluids materials, the diagnosis of leukemia phenotype and medicine development and so on. |
