| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种基于NGOD下的边缘IPQAM资源分配及管理系统架构,着重阐述了利用统一资源管理模块完成对传统VOD、SDV、视频云计算等新业务视频点播系统的接入,以及关键流程及资源分配策略,在保证资源高效利用的同时,提高了服务质量。
