摘    要:对某坦克工程车在起吊,挖掘工况下进行了受力分析,从机械系统的观战出发,应用机械结合技术,以解析的方法求解出车体的载荷条件和边界约束条件,建立了车体的有限元分析数学模型。采用三维空间板壳单元对车体在起吊,挖掘两工况下,不同工位时进行结构静特性的有限元计算,并对计算结果进行了分析,从静态角度对车体设计提出了结构修改建议。

Abstract:The paper analyses the forces applied to the body of an engineering vehicle of tank type in lifting and grubbing operations. The load and boundary conditions of the vehicle are worked out using a method of analysis with the technique of the mechanical joints from the view-point of mechanical system. The mathematical model of FEM of the vehicle body is formulated. The static behaviors of the vehicle body are carried out at different working positions in lifting and grubbing operations by analyzing the results. Some suggestions to improve the static behaviors of the body are finally provided.
