低聚有机膦酸酯阻燃剂的合成

摘    要:以五氧化二磷、甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP)、乙二醇为原料,乙醇为调节剂,辛酸亚锡为催化剂,制备了一种低聚有机膦酸酯阻燃剂.讨论了影响反应的主要因素,用红外光谱分析了该阻燃剂的结构.确定优化的反应条件为:n(DMMP):n(P2O5)为1.5:1,反应温度80~90℃,反应时间2—4h,产率达到93.8%.反应过程中加入无水乙醇,能使产品的颜色及黏度得到很好的控制.

Abstract:A kind of low-polymeric organic phosphate flame retardantwas synthesized by a modified preparation using P2O5, dimethyl methyl phosphonate (DMMP)and ethylene glycol as precursors, and stannous octoate as catalyst. IR technique was used to characterize its chemical structure. Examining the reaction conditions showed that when n(DMMP) : n ( P2O5 ) = 1.5: 1, reaction temperature keeping at 80 - 90℃, reaction time keeping at 2- 4 h. Under the above conditions,synthetic productivity can reach 93.8%. The color and viscosity of the product can be well controlled by adding ethanol to the rehosphate, flamaction.
