论中国社会主义政治文明建设的基本经验

发展社会主义民主政治、建设社会主义政治文明,是全面建设小康社会、实现社会主义现代化的重要目标。从已被实践证明正确的基本民主政治制度和政治文明建设的方向、途径等方面看,我国社会主义政治文明建设的基本经验主要表现为五个有机统一:一是坚持党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国的有机统一;二是实行人民民主专政的国体与人民代表大会制度的政体的有机统一;三是坚持共产党领导与多党合作的有机统一;四是实行各民族平等团结、共同繁荣与坚持和完善民族区域自治制度的有机统一;五是扩大基层民主与推进公民依法有序的政治参与的有机统一。

Basic Experience of Socialist Political Civilization Construction in China

To develop socialist democracy and set up civilized politics are the objectives to construct a "well-off society" and realize socialist modernization in China.From the aspects of the correct democratic political system as well as the way and direction of constructing political civilization in China,this article discusses the basic experience of political civilization construction of Chinese socialism: first,upholding the Communist Party's leadership organically unifies the ideal of the people being the master of their own affairs and ruling the country according to law;second,there is organic unity between people's democratic dictatorship system and the National People's Congress system;third,there is organic unity between sticking to the Communist Party's leadership and continuing the Party's cooperation with the other 8 democratic parties in China;four,there is organic unity between the belief of all nationalities being equal and prosperous and the political practice of regional autonomy by local people;and five,there is organic unity between expanding democracy among the grass-roots and developing the citizens to participate in political affairs.
