乙醇在乙烯淤浆聚合BCE催化剂制备中的作用研究

摘    要:以乙醇(EtOH)、环氧氯丙烷(ECH)、磷酸三丁酯(TBP)等作溶剂,通过设计一系列不同的溶解体系用于溶解MgCl2,并对不同溶剂溶解MgCl2后滴加TiCl4的体系进行了考察。结果表明,EtOH的加入可加速MgCl2的溶解过程,在共同作用溶剂TBP和ECH用量减少的情况下,EtOH的加入可使MgCl2的溶解时间由2.5 h缩短至1.5 h;加入EtOH后无需再加助析出剂,就可以直接析出催化剂颗粒,简化了催化剂的制备工艺,且所制备催化剂催化乙烯聚合活性达33.6 kg/g。

Abstract:Different dissolving systems were designed for MgCl2 by using ethanol(EtOH),epoxychloropropane(ECH),tributyl phosphate(TBP) as solvent,and the TiCl4 was added into the MgC2 solution systems obtained by different solvent.The results showed that the dissolving rate of MgCl2 could be accelerated by added EtOH.When the amount of TBP and ECH decreased,the time of dissolving MgCl2 decreased from 2.5h to 1.5h by added EtOH,at the same time,the catalyst particles could be precipitated from solution directly without...
