RVHT技术在蜡油加氢装置上的工业应用

摘    要:介绍了RVHT技术在130万t/a蜡油加氢装置上的工业应用情况。结果表明,专用催化剂硫化效果较好,上硫率为98.1%;该工艺操作过程平稳,产品性质优良,在平均反应温度为347.5℃的缓和工艺条件下,原料油脱硫率达到85%;加氢处理后的蜡油作为催化裂化装置进料,可使各产品中的含硫量大幅度降低,其中汽油含硫量由480μg/g降低至66μg/g。

Abstract:The industrial application of RVHT technology in a 1.30 Mt/a wax oil hydrogenation unit was introduced. The results showed that the presulfu- rization effect of the speciality catalyst was better, the sulfurization ratio reached 98.1%. The operation for RVHT technology was stable, and the products were superior in quality. When the average reaction temperature was 347.5 ℃, the hydrodesulphurization ratio of raw material could reach 85%. The hydrogenated wax oil, as the feedstock of catalytic cracking unit, could significantly reduce the sulfur content in each of its products, for example, the sulfur content in gasoline reduced from 480 ug/g to 66 ug/g.
