| 摘 要： | 从厨、卫渗漏现象及其危害入手，分析了造成厨卫渗漏的各种原因，从防水材料、防水工程设计、施工技术、建筑物管理等方面提出了预防厨卫渗漏的方法，以达到提高建筑物使用功能、改善人居环境的目的。
