天然气水合物新型抑制剂及水合物应用技术研究进展

摘    要:天然气水合物的生成具有双重性,一方面在天然气开采和集输过程中,水舍物的生成会造成集输管线和生产设备堵塞,不仅直接影响油气工业的正常生产还会带来严重的安全问题;另一方面,基于天然气水合物的各种应用技术又具有诱人的工业应用前景。简要综述了动力学抑制剂(KHI)和防聚剂(AA)两种低剂量水合物抑制剂(LDHI)以及水舍物在天然气储运和气体分离等方面应用技术的研究进展,着重介绍了动力学抑制剂(KHI)和防聚剂(AA)的抑制机理、研究和应用现状及现场使用经验。

Abstract:Natural gas hydrate formation has dualism: on the one hand,natural gas hydrate will result in blocking flowlines and process equipment during gas production and gathering and transportation,which will directly effect normal production of oil and gas and bring about serious safe problems.On the other hand,various application technologies based on natural gas hydrate have an alluring foreground of industry application.Briefly introduced are such two low-dosage hydrate inhibitors(LDHI) as kinetic hydrate inhibitor(KHI) and anti-agglomerant(AA) and summarized is the development progress of hydrate application technology in natural gas storage,transportation and separation.Especially described are the mechanisms of the kinetic hydrate inhibitor(KHI) and anti-agglomerant(AA), research and application status and usage experience at site.
