旋转煤粉分离器特性的数值研究

摘    要:旋转煤粉分离器是制粉系统的重要组成部分,其主要性能指标有分离器出口煤粉细度、综合分离效率及通风阻力等,直接影响制粉系统和锅炉的经济性。用Fluent软件对旋转煤粉分离器的内部流场进行数值模拟研究,得到了分离器的流场分布规律及各性能指标随转子转速的变化趋势,对进一步了解旋转煤粉分离器的特性提供了一定的理论基础。

Abstract:Rotating pulverized-coal classifier is an important part of pulverizing system, and its major performance indexes are export coal fineness, comprehensive separating efficiency and air resistance, which will directly affect the economy of coal pulverizing system and boiler. The internal flow field of rotating pulverized-coal classifier was simulated with Fluent, the flow field distribution of classifier and change trend of every performance index with the rotor speed changing were gotten, which can provide theoretical basis for more understanding the characteristics of rotating pulverized-coal classifier.
