| 摘 要： | 介绍了水布垭水电厂发电机组转子磁轭热套技术施工的全部过程,包括发电机磁轭热套加温温度的计算、加热设备的选取及施工流程、加温热套的步骤等。工程实际表明:该技术可以明显地缩短检修安装工期,在实际应用中效果很好。

| Abstract: | The whole process of construction with generator rotor yoke shrinkage technology in Shuibuya Hydropower Plant was introduced, including the heating temperature calculation of generator yoke, the heating equipment selection and the construction process, the heating and shrinking precedure. Engineering practice showed that the technology ob- viously shortened maintenance and installation period and had a good practical effect. |
