摘    要:采用中心切割二维气相色谱建立了一种在常温条件下分析裂解C5和甲醇制烯烃(MTO)副产C5组成的新方法。结果表明,C5中所有组分能够得到很好分离。对与文献有差异的定性结果进行了确认和补充,测定了C5馏分中各组分在甲基硅氧烷非极性色谱柱上的保留指数,为C5馏分中组分的准确定性提供了依据。定量比较了裂解C5与MTO副产C5的组成,并对甲醇制烯烃副产C5的综合利用进行了初步探讨。

Abstract:A novel two -dimensional gas chroma- tographic method, which was used for the determina- tion of components in pyrolysis C5 and MTO C5 at ambient temperature, was established by means of heart- cutting capillary flow technology (Deans Switch). The results showed that all of the compo- nents in C5 could be well separated. The different qualitative results from literatures were verified or supplemented,and the retention indices of all com- ponents were measured based on polydimethlsiloxane stationary phase to provide necessary references for C5 manufacturers. The quantitative analysis results of components in MTO C5 and pyrolysis C5 were com- pared,and the comprehensive utilization of MTO C5 was discussed.
