摘    要:介绍YL82B预应力钢丝及钢绞线用盘条试制过程。转炉采用高拉碳工艺,控制终点w(C)≥0.30%,双渣法脱磷,加强出钢挡渣,减少回磷;LF精炼造高碱度还原渣,并适当延长出站前软吹时间;加强连铸过程保护浇注,采用适当低的钢水过热度浇注,以及合理的结晶器电磁搅拌参数,拉速波动控制在±0.1 m/min;轧制过程开轧温度975~1 010℃,精轧温度890~930℃,吐丝温度820~850℃,终轧速度22 m/s。生产的盘条同圈时效15 d后抗拉强度为1 156~1 172 MPa,断面收缩率为41%~43%。12.5 mm盘条拉拔至5.0 mm,拉拔过程无断丝,成品钢丝抗拉强度为1 930~1 950 MPa,反复弯曲11~12次。

Trial of YL82B prestressed steel wire and wire rod for steel strand

Abstract:To introduce the trial production process of prestressed steel wire and wire rod for steel strand. Converter use high catch carbon technology, control the end point w (C) ≥ 0.30%, and double slag desulphurization, strengthen slag- blocked tapping, reduce the rephosphorization; LF refine high basicity slag reduction, and properly prolong the station soft blowing time; strengthen the continuous casting process protection casting, use appropriate low liquid steel superheat cast- ing, and reasonable mold electromagnetic stirring parameters, control the speed fluctuation at + O. 1 m/min; start rolling temperature of rolling process is 975 - 1 010 ~C, finishing temperature is 890 -930 ~C, wire rod laying temperature is 820 ~ 850 ~C ,finished rolling speed is 22 m/s. The tensile strength of wire rod is 1 156 - 1 172 MPa after aging of 15 d, reduc- tion of area is 41% -43%. Diameter 12.5 mm wire rod is drawn to diameter 5.0 mm, and has no broken wire in the draw- ing process, the tensile strength of finished steel wire is 1 930 ~ 1 950 MPa, reverse bending is 11 ~ 12 times.
