国内企业破解高破断拉力海工钢丝绳生产难题之策

分析国内企业开发海工高破断拉力粗直径或超长(重)镀锌钢丝绳遇到的难题,提出相关措施并阐述其理由:(1)聚力解决大规格高品质钢丝生产问题。与盘条企业联手研制专用盘条,高度关注大规格钢丝、镀锌钢丝制造技术。(2)完善必要硬件设施。提高盘条索氏体化热处理规格和镀锌钢丝规格,综合提高超大型股绳机组产品质量保证能力。(3)添置大吨位钢丝绳破断拉力试验机。研究粗直径钢丝绳的破断拉力特性,探索提高破断拉力有效途径。(4)追求精细化过程管理。提高钢丝绳结构参数设计水平,重视对影响产品质量的细节研究,突出管理因素对产品质量影响。(5)借助外力提升技术水平。

Probe into the way to solve problems of high breaking force maritime work wire rope production at domestic enterprises

To analyze the problems to develop high breaking force maritime work galvanizing wire rope with large diameter or overlength （heavy）, the relative measures are put forth and its reason are explained： （1） to solve large size quality steel wire production problem cohesively. Research and develop special wire rod together with wire rod production enterprises, pay close attention to large size and galvanizing steel wire production technology. （2） to complete necessary hardware facil- ities, enlarge wire rod sorbitizing heat treatment size and galvanizing steel wire size, comprehensively raise ultra-large type strander and closer capability to ensure products quality. （3） to acquire large-tonnage wire rope breaking force tester, by breaking force test to research the breaking force characteristic of large diameter wire rope, probe into effective way to raise wire rope breaking force. （4） to pursue refining process management, raise wire rope structure parameters design level, pay attention to detail effecting wire rope quality research, emphasizing on manage factors＇ effect on products quality. （5） to lift technique level with the help of external force.
