高速线材在线水浴处理技术开发

摘    要:传统的斯太尔摩冷却方法存在线材力学性能波动大、索氏体化率不高的问题。介绍在线水浴热处理技术工艺原理,线材水浴处理经过急剧冷却、膜沸腾阶段、核沸腾阶段和对流传热阶段。采用3种规格的80钢线材进行水浴处理,同一炉次产品抗拉强度的同批性能差小于40 MPa,同圈性能差小于25 MPa,线材抗拉强度波动范围小于斯太尔摩冷却方式生产的线材,索氏体化率接近95%。经水浴处理的线材氧化铁皮薄,污染小,减少了用户铅浴处理过程中环境的污染。

Abstract:Traditional Stehnor cooling way has problem of wire rod structure properties fluctuations large and sorbite ratio low. The process principle of online water bath treatment technology was introduced. Wire rod water bath treatment passes through severe cooling, vapor boiling stage, nucleate boiling stage and convective heat transfer stage. Three specifications 80 steel wire rod were treated with water bath technology, the same batch property difference of same furnace product was less than 40 MPa, same circle property difference was less than 25 MPa, the tensile strength fluctuating scope of wire rod was less than that of Stelmor cooling way production, sorbite rate reached about 95%. The wire rod after water bath treatment oxide scale is thin, pollution is little, and it decreases the pollution to environment in process of user lead bath treatment.
