变频器在层绕机放线机上的应用

摘    要:介绍焊丝生产中层绕机的设计和系统控制,以及对放线机的要求:主动放线、恒张力、运行平稳、操作方便、故障率低。给出控制方案及控制原理图。介绍放线机变频器的参数设置和设置依据,以及对过程PID控制原理及传感器调节的注意事项。运行结果表明,该系统放线平稳,运行张力恒定,收线速度达到20 m/s,能满足生产工艺要求。

Abstract:To introduce design and system control of layer winding machine in welding wire production, the requirement on pay-off are as follows: active pay-off, constant tension, running steadily, operation convenient, low failure rate. The con- trol solution and control principle diagram is given. The parameter setting and setting basis, process PID control principle and attention matters of sensor adjustment are introduced. Running result shows that the pay-off of system is steady, run- ning tension is constant, take-up speed reaching 20 m/s can meet requirements of production process.
