摘    要:高碳钢盘条拉拔过程中,拉拔断裂是影响拉拔性能的主要因素之一。采用扫描电镜分析不同工艺生产的盘条夹杂物成分,通过对3种工艺和夹杂物大小与成分分析,说明钙处理有利于MgO·Al2O3夹杂物的变性,但夹杂物组成的控制还需进一步优化。分别对抗拉强度1 209 MPa和1 116 MPa的SWRH82B盘条异常断口夹杂物形貌进行分析,SWRH82B盘条异常断裂是由于大型夹杂物造成的,夹杂物为卷渣与脱氧产物聚集形成的复合夹杂物。采用扫描电镜对14 mm 45钢酸洗后材料表面有明显的裂纹和斑点进行分析,裂纹内及斑点内白色物质形成原因与结晶器卷渣有关。

Abstract:Wire drawing fracture is one of main factors affecting drawing property in high carbon steel wire rod drawing process. Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) was adopted to analyze wire rod inclusion composition produced in different process. Through three process and inclusion size and composition analyzing, it was proved that calcium treatment was in favor of MgO·Al2O3 inclusion property change, but the control of inclusion composition needed further optimization. The tensile strength 1 209 MPa and 1 116 MPa SWRH82B abnormal fracture inclusion patterns were analyzed respectively, SWRH82B abnormal fracture was caused by large inclusions, the inclusion was composite inclusion, it formed by slag and deoxidation products gathering together. Diameter 14 mm 45 steel surface obvious cracks and spots after pickling werc analyzed, the forming reason of white matter in cracks and spots was related to mold slag.
