桥梁缆索钢丝质量检验试验方法探讨

根据桥梁缆索钢丝的技术规范,按照规定的试验要求和试验方法,对原材料、钢丝加工过程、成品钢丝进行检验,要求复核成品钢丝直径、强度、弹性模量、延伸率、缠绕、扭转、松弛、疲劳、锌附着量、硫酸铜试验、表观、长度、自由圈径、不平直度等参数。比较国内外桥梁缆索用钢丝试验方法及要求的异同,国内桥梁缆索钢丝标准不允许钢丝接头,国外标准允许钢丝盘条接头,但要预先通过接头工艺试验和过程抽检来保证成品钢丝质量;国内外钢丝强度和弹性模量的试验方法相同,但强度值要求略有不同,国外钢丝强度规定了一个上限;由于取值区间不同和钢丝直径面积取值要求不同,相同的钢丝会出现不同的弹性模量计算结果;国标同时考核桥梁缆索钢丝松弛性能和扭转性能;钢丝直线度检测方法有微小差别。

According to technical specification of bridge cable wire, in accordance with specified test requirement and test method, the raw material, steel wire production process, finished steel wire are tested, it is required to review the parameters such as finished steel wire diameter, strength, elasticity modulus, elongation, twist, torsion, relaxation, fatigue, zinc adhesive amount, copper sulfate test, appearance, length, freedom ring diameter, unstraightness etc. The differences and similarities of test method and requirement of domestic and abroad steel wire for bridge cable are compared, steel wire joint is not allowed in domestic bridge cable steel wire standard, steel wire rod joint is allowed in abroad standard, but finished steel wire quality is guaranteed by beforehand joint process test and process sampling inspection. The test method of domestic and abroad steel wire strength and elasticity modulus is the same, but strength value requirement is slightly different, abroad steel wire strength specify a upper limit. Because of the difference of value range and steel wire diameter area value requirement, the same steel wire appears different elasticity modulus calculation result. National standard examines relaxation property and torsion property on bridge cable steel wire, steel wire straightness test methods have little differences.
