建筑物地上、地下层共用楼梯间防火若干问题的探讨

通过对建筑实例的分析,说明了在实际执行2001年《建筑设计防火规范》(GBJ16-87)、《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》(GB50045-95)对建筑物地上、地下层共用楼梯间应在首层进行封堵的条款时遇到的若干具体问题,提出应根据建筑物的使用功能、火灾危险性、建筑物原有楼梯间的类型等具体情况,在综合考虑的基础上,采用正确、有效的技术措施,解决好地下层楼梯间在首层的封堵问题。

Discussion of Some Questions about Fire Protection of the Public Staircase

In 2001 code for fire protection design of buildings(GBJ16-87)and code for fire protection design of tall buildings(GB50045-95)an amendment that the first floor route of public staircase of over-ground floor and under-ground floor of the building should be plugged up.During the course of practical performing,some specific problems arise.Through the analysis of architecture examples,some correct and valid measures could be adopted on the basis of comprehensive consideration of some specific situations such as the service functions,the fire-dangerous level and the type,of original staircase of buildings,and so on.The problem that the first floor route of the public staircase of under-ground floor is plugged up should be solved practically.
