油田抽油机无功补偿装置的设计与实现

摘    要:为了设计出更合理的无功补偿装置,提出了一种油田抽油机无功补偿装置主电路和控制器的设计原则,给出了具体设计实现方案,实验表明,按此方案设计的控制器和主电路可以实现快速切换和跟踪,并对电网无电流冲击,提出了一种新的检测有功电流和无功电流瞬时值的方法。

Abstract:In order to decrease the power consumption of oil-field motor effectively and to design a reasonable reactive power compensator, the design principles for power circuit and controller in the high speed reactive power compensator of oil-field motor are given, with the requirement of quickness and no current impulse as the core. And a concrete design realization project is given. A prototype is made. A realization method detecting active and reactive current is put forward. Finally, the general functions, which this kind of reactive power compensator should have, are summarized.
