钛酸钾晶须改性聚丙烯的性能研究

摘    要:在聚丙烯(PP)中添加钛酸钾晶须和(乙烯/辛烯)共聚物(POE)研制了钛酸钾晶须改性PP,讨论了钛酸钾晶须和POE增强增韧PP的机理,考察了钛酸钾晶须和POE用量对改性PP力学性能的影响,并分析了改性PP的微观结构。结果表明,钛酸钾晶须和POE并用能对PP产生良好的增强增韧作用,使研制的改性PP在工程领域具有实际应用价值。

Abstract:Modified polypropylene(PP) was developed by adding potassium titanate and POE to PP. The mechanism that PP was toughened and reinforced by potassium titanate whisker and POE was discussed. The influence of potassium titanate whisker and POE contents on the mechanical property of modified PP was studied,and the microstructure of modified PP was analyzed. The results showed that potassium titanate whisker and POE had good toughening and reinforcing actions on PP. The modified PP had use value in engineering field.
