气缸套二维非线性磨损过程的数值模拟及试验研究

摘    要:为了解气缸套的二维非线性磨损特性,在活塞环-气缸套二维润滑特性分析的基础上,建立了适合于工程实际应用的磨损模型,计算了气缸套的二维磨损量分布,对气缸套的寿命作了预测,并用试验对理论分析作了验证。计算结果表明,气缸套的磨损量受多种运行参数的影响,对其进行磨损过程的数值模拟分析是十分必要的;采用基于润滑分析的粘着磨损模型预测气缸套最大磨损有适当的精度,可以满足工程设计的需要。

Abstract:Two dimensions nonlinear numerical analysis was developed for the wear analysis of the cylinder liner based on the lubrication to evaluate the effects of wear.The calculating results show that the wear performance of cylinder liner significantly dependent on the running parameters.Adhere abrasion model based on lubrication analysis is accurate enough to analyze the maximal wear of the cylinder liner,and can meet the requirements of engineering.
