摘    要:液压自由活塞发动机整体推进系统集内燃机技术、液压技术、电子控制技术于一体的一种新型混合驱动动力系统,由于其具有体积小、重量轻、高度柔性布置、燃料适应范围广等特点,具有容易实现无级变速、无级转向、制动能回收等功能,是一种有前途的车用混合动力传动装置。本文在介绍液压自由活塞发动机的工作原理、结构特点的基础上详述了液压自由活塞发动机整体推进系统的系统方案、关键技术、应用前景,提出了发展该整体式推进系统的对策。

Abstract:Hydraulic free piston engine propulsion system is a new type hybrid-driven power system, into which internal combustion engine, hydraulic pressure, electronic control technologies are integrat?ed. Owing to its small size, light weight, nighly flexible layout, and extensively adaptive fuel scope, the system is a promising hybrid vehicle transmission,which has functions such as infinitely variable speed, stepless steering and brake energy recovery. On the basis of working principle and structural characteristics of the hydraulic free piston engine (HFPE),scheme, key technologies, applied prospect and countermeasure of the integrated propulsion system based on Ht PE were proposed.
