| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种基于虚拟仪器的机械零件加工精度测量与分析的方法。在分析当前企业的加工精度测量分析方法现状的基础工，针对目前企业需要解决的问题，提出了加工精度测量与分析的虚拟仪器设计方法。详细介绍了系统的硬件及软件系统的构成方案，并对加工精度的分析方法进行了理论研究，依据这些理论对测量所得的精度值进行了系统的分析。

| Abstract: | A kind of method of the measure and analysis of working precision based on virtual instruments has been developed. Been analyzed the present situation of the measure and analytical method in some workshop, to solve the problem of the workshop currently, the thoughts about the measure and analysis of working precision based on virtual instruments are putting forward. Both the composed of the software and hardware are presented in detail, and the theory about analyzing precision is studied. Then the data of precision gained by the system is analyzed systematically. |
