| 摘 要： | 本文介绍一种新的个人仪器-５０ＭＨｚＰＣ模块式数字存贮示波器的硬件设计。该仪器实现了传统模拟示波器所不可能具有的预触发功能。提出了在采用中速Ａ／Ｄ转换器的情况下使仪器带宽拓展到５０ＭＨｚ的方案并实现之。详细阐述了该仪器的关键部分──一种新的步进脉冲发生器的实际电路及工作原理。

| Abstract: | The hard design of a personal instrument, 50MHz PC-DSO was introduced. The trigger position can be POSitioned as pre-trigger in the PC-DSO, which is imPOSSible in the analog oscilloscopes, On the mid-speed A / D being used, the bandwidth of the instrument can be extended tO 50MHz. The most important part of the PC-DOS, a new stepper pulse generator, was detailed in the article. |
