| Fe（Ⅲ）－三乙醇胺－NaBrO_3极谱配合吸附催化波及人发微量铁的测定 |

| 摘 要： | 用示波极谱二次导数波法研究了Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）－三乙醇胺极谱配合吸附波和Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）－三乙醇胺－ＮａＢｒＯ３极谱配合吸附催化波。在ＫＯＨ支持电解质中，Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）在三乙醇胺存在下于－０．７６Ｖ（ＳＣＥ）左右产生灵敏的极谱配合吸附波，Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）的检测限为１×１０－８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，线性范围为１×１０－８～８×１０－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。在上面溶液中加入适量的ＮａＢｒＯ３后，产生更为灵敏的极谱配合吸附催化波，Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）的检测限为１×１０－９ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，线性范围为１×１０－９～７×１０－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。测定了模拟发样、国家一级标准发样及混合发样中Ｆｅ含量，并与Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）－乙二胺极谱配合吸附波法进行了比较，结果满意

| Abstract: | Both polarographic adsorptive complex wave of Fe(Ⅲ)-triethanolamine and polarographic adsorptive complex catalytic wave of Fe(Ⅲ)-triethanolamine- NaBrO3 are described,and the trace of iron in human hair is satisfactorily determined by this technique. |
