基于压电陶瓷逆压电效应的电压信号变送原理

摘    要:提出了一种采用压电陶瓷材料和反射式光纤位移传感器的新型电压信号变送原理,利用压电陶瓷材料的逆压电效应获得被测电压动态位移,再由反射式光纤位移传感器测量逆压电效应所产生的动态位移量,实现电压参量的测量.通过对其线性度、准确度和温度特性的测试,结果表明,基于新型变送原理的电压互感器在实验室环境下的测量准确度可以达到0.1级,温度特性稳定.

Abstract:A new voltage signal transmission principle using piezoelectric ceramic materials and reflective fiber optic displacement sensor is presented. The inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramic is used to obtain the measured voltage dynamic variations. The reflective fiber optic displacement sensor is used to measure the dynamic voltage variations.
