Analysis on Engineering Design of Nanan Kitchen Waste Recycling Treatment Plant

Abstract:The design treatment capacity of Nanan kitchen waste recycling treatment plant is 200 t/d.The mainstream process route of“pretreatment+anaerobic digestion+biogas power generation”is adopted,mainly including pretreatment system,anaerobic digestion system,biogas purification and power generation system,deodorization system,solid-liquid separation and air flotation system.The crude oil produced by pretreatment is sold to the outside world.The biogas produced by anaerobic digestion is purified and purified to realize biogas power generation on the Internet.A preheating boiler is equipped to provide heat source for anaerobic fermentation and realize cogeneration.The solid phase with low moisture content produced by the project is sent to the domestic waste incineration power plant in the east for disposal,and the biogas slurry is sent to the leachate treatment station in the west for disposal.Combined with the existing waste treatment facilities around,realize the overall coordinated development and resource sharing of incineration plant,leachate treatment plant and kitchen waste treatment plant.The plant area of the project covers a small area.The general layout is designed in combination with the original terrain to reduce the quantities of excavation and filling,and fully implement the principle of intensive land use.
