关于碳达峰碳中和目标的实现路径探索

2020年9月,习近平主席在第75届联合国大会上提出我国2030年前实现碳达峰、2060年前实现碳中和的发展目标,为我国的发展奠定了基调.但是由于我国人口众多,能源结构复杂,实现碳达峰碳中和具有一定的难度.政府、企业以及社会等多方力量应相结合,协调促进该目标的实现.本文从碳达峰碳中和入手,浅谈其实现路径.

Exploration on the Way to Realize the Goal of Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutralization

In September 2020,President Xi Jinping put forward the development goal of carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutralization by 2060 at the 75th session of the United Nations General Assembly,which laid the tone for the future development of our country.However,due to China’s large population and complex energy structure,it is diffi cult to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutralization.The government,enterprises and society should combine to promote the realization of this goal.This paper starts with carbon peak and carbon neutralization,and discusses the path to achieve its goal.
