On the Diffi culties and Countermeasures of Public Participation in Environmental Monitoring Management at Present

In order to achieve rapid economic growth,a large number of industrialization projects have seriously polluted the ecological environment,so modern society began to advocate environmental protection amd monitoring.However,at this stage,there are many diffi cult problems in environmental monitoring and management,among which the most important thing to pay attention to is the public participation in environmental protection.How to effectively stimulate the initiative of public participation has become the key issue to be considered by the environmental monitoring department.As the common living space of the public,the ecological environment can not achieve the goal of environmental protection only by relying on the environmental monitoring department.Only by giving full play to the group strength of the public to protect the natural environment can we ensure that the renewable energy in the whole earth’s ecological environment can meet the diversified needs of billions of people’s daily life and production activities.Therefore,this paper will put forward some countermeasures based on the problems prone to public participation in environmental monitoring and management,in order to provide some effective suggestions with reference value for the diffi culties encountered in social joint governance of the environment.
