基于新型电力系统条件下抽水蓄能电站静止变频器配置台数的优化研究

摘    要:以新型电力系统发展为引,分析电网需求变化引起抽水蓄能电站发挥作用的转变,抽水及抽水调相工况将逐步代替发电工况成为抽水蓄能发挥作用的主要工况,短时间、多频次的抽水启动将成为抽水蓄能电站的主要运行方式。从抽水蓄能电站抽水启动的工作方式及原理分析,静止变频器是抽水蓄能电站抽水启动的核心设备,在新型电力系统需求变化的大背景下,现阶段抽水蓄能电站存在抽水响应速度慢、可靠性低等影响服务电网的因素,通过合理配置静止变频器的台数能够有效解决上述问题,使抽水蓄能电站在新型电力系统中更好地发挥作用。

Study on the Optimization of the Configure Number of SFC in Pumped Storage Power Station under the Condition of New Power System

Abstract:This paper is quoted in the development of a new type of power system,it analyses the shift of the function of the pumped storage power station due to changes in grid demand.Pumping and pumping phase conditions will gradually replace power generation conditions as the main operating conditions for pumping storage function,short-term multi-frequency pumping start-up will become the main mode of operation in pumped storage power stations.By analyse the working mode and principle of pumping start in pumped storage power station,we can see SFC is the core equipment of pumping start-up in pumped storage power station.Under the background of the change of demand of new power system,there are some factors restricting the service power grid such as slow pumping response speed and low reliability in pumped storage power station at this stage.By rationally configuring the number of SFC,the above problems can be effectively solved,so that pumped storage power stations can play a better role in the new power system.
