Abstract:Based on the situation of current electric power reform,transaction rules and dispatching principles, this article analyzes and studies the power synergistic marketing strategy from the provincial aspect and interprovincial aspect according to the management experience of multiple regions of operation and various power generation types of Power Generation Group. Achieve the purpose of strengthening the cooperation between the sending end and the receiving end provinces,power generation enterprises and users,sharing market information,stabilizing the basic income of the receiving end province,and improving the utilization hours of the sending end province by strengthening the synergistic mechanism of CHN Energy’s provincial thermal power,new energy and power sales companies,and giving play to the group’s advantage of scale,vertical integration industrial chain advantages and horizontal power generation synergistic advantages through synergistic marketing within and between provinces,thus maximizing regional interests and providing reference paths for enterprises to improve energy utilization rate,energy conservation and emission reduction.
